If you serve customers in any capacity, your frontline staff are the keys to surviving these economic times. Investing in training has benefits and residual benefits that will effect your business in the short, medium and long term! Employees who feel that there is a support mechanism to their development will do their jobs faster and more accurately. Stronger moral and better attitudes are contagious and will eventually spread to your entire team (this is a good kind of spreading). Keep your chins up, now is the time to look for new customers and dazzle them with your service.
