After posting the item yesterday about recognition being addictive, one of my readers sent me this article from Entrepreneur. Magazine "The 5 Myths about Motivation."
I love this article; it supports everything I believe, so the guy who wrote it must be brilliant. He also has some great suggestions on 10 additional ways to motivate employees.
