Everything they always wanted to know, but were afraid to ask...

Do your (new) employees know:

  1. Your background and experience?

  2. At least enough personal information to show that you are human? (When it comes to working with people, it is all about relationships.)

  3. Why you hired them?

  4. What you expect out of them? (Goals and standards.)

  7. How you want them to manage you and communicate with you?

  8. How they should deal

Mel - So good to hear from you again! I was so excited to see how wellyou seem to be doing. I thought of you when someone was asking about a guest speaker (they wanted someone for next Monday - right!) and was so impressed with what I found on your website. I am still in Houston, Sugar Land actually, and would love to reconnect. Your the man with the busy schedule, so give me some open dates and let's see what we can do. Look forward to catching up.

Mr. Kleiman,

Are you aware of any articles or resources that highlight the importance of branding in recruitment? Any assistance you can provide would be much appreciated.

Thank you,

Frank Moullet
