Resume Fraud

Experts assert that slumps in the economy tend to lead to more resume
fraud as people are desperate to secure some sort of income. Hiring an
employee who hasn’t been completely honest can have serious effects on
your company. What measures to you go through to ensure your candidates
check out? Are there any particular red flags that make you question
the validity of someone’s CV? Have you seen an influx in resume fraud
when looking for new personnel?
