Hello folks,

I need help! My firm, Jobirn.com, is searching for strategic partners to work with.

Jobirn.com provides a hosted Employee Referral System (ERS) to US Employers. Our beta (jobirn.com as a free job board) currently attracts over 0.5M unique visitors per month, at about the same level of Dice.com, TheLadders.com and Jobfox.com.

ERS addresses Employers' demand for high-quality-candidate management. With ERS, employers may look forward to hire 50+% of new hires through their Employee Referral Program.

We are looking to connect with firms with an interest in entering into a revenue-sharing partnership, by providing help on sales and consulting services. We are especially interested in consultants based in California, however, any US-based inquiry will be considered.

NOTE: This is not an offer of employment at this time. We are a small operation that needs to build up sales. We are then looking at a funding cycle later this year. After funding has been acquired, we can then discuss prospective employment.
