Management Development Program

Susser Holdings is in search of a company that can faciltiate a 4-5 Day Management Development Program. Rapid growth has presented supervisors with a larger, more diverse employee base. We need to develop their leadership skills.

Yes, Many of our people will be there although I am not sure of the list. I attended last year. Don't think I am attending this year.
We are looking to put 150-200 people through a program during the course of this year. Do you have a program in place that I could review?
